Terms of Service

1. Using ResumeCraft

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Your content

You own the content you put into your resumes. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it only to provide the service, for example rendering PDFs or showing a public link you enabled. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and lawful.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use public resume links to host spam, malware, hateful or illegal content.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't impersonate other people.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Premium plan and payments

Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium features for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep ResumeCraft available but provide it "as is" without warranties. Features such as server-side PDF generation may have daily limits.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Changes and contact
